Urban Spark Cleaners – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Urban Spark Cleaners.

1. Booking & Services

All bookings must be confirmed by email, phone, or through our website.

Services are provided at the time and date agreed upon.

Clients must ensure access to the property at the time of service.

2. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is agreed in advance and may be based on hourly rates or fixed quotes.

Payments are due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or direct invoice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Access & Safety

The client must provide safe access to the premises.

Urban Spark Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service in unsafe environments.

Clients are responsible for securing pets and valuables.

5. Damages & Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and damages.

Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service.

Urban Spark Cleaners will investigate and, if liable, offer a solution (repair, replacement, or compensation).

6. Our Staff

Our cleaners are background-checked, trained, and expected to behave professionally.

Clients must not solicit or hire our cleaners directly.

7. Amendments

Urban Spark Cleaners may update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
