Urban Spark Cleaners – Refund & Cancellation Policy
We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you’re not satisfied, we are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Service not delivered as agreed (e.g., missed appointment or incomplete work)
Verified quality issues reported within 24 hours of the service
repaid service cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice
Refunds are not guaranteed for:
complaints made after 24 hours
Situations outside our control (e.g., denied access)
Services already rendered unless quality issues are validated
2. Partial Refunds or Re-clean
If the service was completed but did not meet expectations:
We may offer a free re-clean within 48 hours
If re-clean is refused or not possible, a partial refund may be considered
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email us at support@urbansparkcleaners.com within 24 hours of the service
Include your booking details and a description of the issue
Attach photos if applicable
We will respond within 1 working day and aim to resolve the issue within 3–5 working days.
4. Payment Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
